We've lined up all our essential foods along one side of the store and moved our counter back near the kitchen to be close to our chefs and packaging station. This gave us more square footage to provide seating and show off those gorgeous poplar shelves!
Our inventory has not experienced any shrinkage-quite the opposite-it's growing!
